I always get a pleasant smile, when I come to this place. If I am doing a small job or something much bigger, I can always count on the excellent people who work in Home Hardware in Palmerston. Just filled up my water jugs, and had no problems whatsoever with anything. You guys rock!!!

For a small country store they have more selection than most of the bigger stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I usually do not write reviews but I believe this store deserves it.

I was visiting my family in Palmerston and decided to visit the local hardware store ....I was so impressed with the hardware store ......saw something I liked. & asked the staff to hold the items for a couple of hours... .They were friendly and so helpful ....these days big stores don't have the personal touch ......Thank you.......you guys were great. I moved to Palmeston 2.5 years ago, and met the owners shortly there after. They helped me with what I needed for my new place. My impression of them and their staff only increases each time I return. Absolutely fantastic service and extremely friendly (everyone I've met there, owners and employees alike). They go above and beyond what could be expected for customer service, to be honest. I very highly recommend shopping at this store! I would drive pretty far out of my way to shop here even if I didn't live very close by as I do now.
